Today, Laura, Krysta and Dean visit the small farming town of Skidmore, Missouri. Picture this, you live in a small farming community and one of your neighbors is a thief and a known bully. He has been tried 20 times and has never been convicted. He intimidates witnesses by following them home or parking in front of their house. He intimidates others to lie on his behalf as 'witnesses'...and he shoots the owner of the local grocery store. The store owner survives and finally, the bully is convicteed of assault, but allowed to bond out while he awaits his appeal and loudly threatens the store owner to anyone who would listen. Then picture that bully climbing behind the wheel of his truck only for several people to fire weapons with two bullets striking and killing him. No one is ever accused or arrested in his killing.
