Episode 148 - Getting good D.O.P.E. for your rifle part 3, the B.C. trap.

In this podcast we go over the B.C. trap that most shooters fall into.  When we are calculating our D.O.P.E. for our rifle, we use this number as if it is the gospel truth.  The problem, it is more of a guideline than a fact.  Your rifle barrel can deform and transform you bullet as it passes through the bore.  This changes the B.C. from rifle to rifle like a fingerprint.  If you want to learn how to get great D.O.P.E. for your rifle, you need to be aware of this problem and in later episodes how we try to fix it.
