I recently spoke with an individual from Baltimore named Eric Foss. In the early 2000's, the government alleges that Eric was involved in a wide scale drug network. He did over a decade in the FEDS. Along the way he came into contact with many mobsters including Jimmy Coonan, Mark Reiter, Vito Guzzo, Norman Dupont and more.
