On the 9th anniversary of Longboat's first day of recording, Igor goes to Ballard, the Seattle district noted for its elderly Scandinavians and assorted Nordic charms. Much of it has changed over the years. So much so that it just seems like any other neighborhood in Seattle now. This change is noted through the fictitious eyes of Gunnar, a ghostly resident of the former Ballard. Igor has taken the Norwegian folksong "Per Spelmann," reworked it for his own dubious purposes and then shouts it back at us with much gusto.
