Episode 15: Calling on the ICC to investigate crimes against humanity in Libya

In November, three prominent human rights groups filed a report to the International Criminal Court (ICC) into possible crimes against humanity being committed on migrants and refugees in Libya. The groups — European Centre for Constitutional and Human Rights (ECCHR), Lawyers for Justice in Libya, and the International Federation for Human Rights — also warned that the EU's migration policies have "significantly contributed to this grave situation."
