Dealing with disappointment on your fertility journey is common but despite how often you go through feelings of disappointment, it doesn't seem to get any easier. Today we are talking about how to deal with disappointment with your fertility and how to shift the way you see the results you are getting. We are learning the difference between facts and assumptions and how that latter are messing with your fertility. And of course, I won't leave you hanging.
