Episode 15 - Dune Review
from Major Motion Podcast Hosted by Major Motion Podcast
Nick and Foxx are back this week reviewing the highly anticipated Dune. An adaptation of the novel, Dune is quite the spectacle as director Denis Villeneuve delivers some stunning visual effects. This combined with a stacked cast and a strong source material should lead to a great film. However, the adaptation isn't quite seamless. Plenty of the story gets lost in the shuffle as the lore is deep and complex, and while this first act is an attempt at world building for the Dune universe, you are still left with plenty of questions by the end.
