To close out our celebration of #HipHop50, Sabrina and her dinner guests recall the glory days of Westside Connection and bow down to the greatness of women in Hip Hop. The conversation hits harder than brass knuckles in a pub fight. The table discusses the visibility of women in Hip Hop, how the mainstream music industry promotes women, the value of the cosign and more.  Many names are checked, including Queen Latifah, Lil’ Kim, Foxy Brown, Rapsody, Jean Grae and Rah Digga. The knockout blow is when the guests tackle the gender pay gap and how little the work of women is valued and compensated despite the high level of excellence they display on a daily basis.
