It was literally the last thing I ever wanted to do. I taught 60-75 minute in person classes because that is the way yoga and strength was taught, and that was that. Until it wasn't. Until I got the unbelievable chance to reconsider everything. It took time, and its still evolving, but I think where we are now has been a huge paradigm shift for the better.
