At the time of recording, we have seen the Taliban take over control in Afghanistan, and there is evidence of religiously motivated violence.When someone reads the bible - in particular the Old Testament, there appear to be stories that look very similar - violence in the name of God, and even violence used by God. How does this square with the picture of Jesus who was non-violent?
