Episode 15: Janette Barber (Emmy Award Writer)

Janette Barber is a six-time Emmy award winning writer/producer and two-time bestselling author. She is best known for her work with Rosie O’Donnell - as supervising producer and head writer on The Rosie O’Donnell Show. Janette won her sixth Emmy as Hot Topics writer on ABC’s The View. Janette was executive producer and sidekick on RosieRadio on SiriusXM where she, later, hosted her own show, Janette’s Show. She created, produced and co-hosted the series, Lighten Up on the TV Food Network and is a standup comic. Janette has co-authored two bestselling humor books, USA Today bestseller: Breaking the Rules, Last Ditch Tactics for Landing the Man of Your Dreams (Career Press) and Publishers’ Weekly bestseller: Embracing Your Big Fat Ass (Atria). As an international humanitarian volunteer, Janette has participated in missions to Albania, Kosovo, Congo, Rwanda, Ukraine and the Philippines. And recently joined Camp TLC (Together Living a Challenge) – a charity committed to improving the lives of children living with challenges.
