Episode 15: Megan Shone

Shine with Shone.  That is the name of the site of today's guest Megan Shone.  The name fits her well, because Megan is a shining light to everyone that she meets.  In this interview, we cover her path from high school to college, to where she's at today.  Megan is also a SoulCycle instructor, and we go through how she got one of her dream jobs.  This episode means a lot to me because we  also tackle the subject of body image, and the struggles that Megan has endured.  I believe that anyone who listens to this conversation will be able to take something positive from it.  Megan is an open book, and inspirational for all.  Of course, before we finish, Megan gets a chance to ask me questions, and she inquires about looking forward to the rest of this year and my family life with two daughters.
