Dr. Michael Rosemann is a Professor for Information Systems and the Director of the Centre for Future Enterprise at Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane, Australia. He has authored/edited 10 books available in five languages and published more than 400 refereed papers. His main areas of research are business process management, innovation systems and trust design.
