The great new ideas typically function as viruses, parasites, invasive species, and similar. Contrarians like me suspect this is the real point, keeping our vastly expensive school system permanently in first gear. This podcast explains why Robinson was wrong. Let's Fix Education explains to Americans why their schools are so bad.
