For this week's episode, we have a new guest!  & her name is Shakira Villaquiran! Shakira co-founded Inventando Production, a company that curates and collaborates with small businesses to provide wholesome events for the community.  In this episode, we talk about these topics: Dreams, moon cycles, cycle syncing, daydreaming, soul traveling, energetic cords, connections, shadow work, chronic allergies, signs, projections, & so much more! & also as a bonus, I share a recent dream with all of you this week in the intro!!! EVENT ALERT Every Monday starting July 15th at Speer Cemetery in Jersey City I will be helping the Speer Friends lead mindfulness classes from 7p-9p!  The events will be free and open to anyone who wants to relax and de-stress. You can expect short meditations followed by a mindfulness crafting session.
