Episode 15: The Pit

from B Movie Breakdown Hosted by Corey, Nick, & Gina

“Well, if it isn’t clumsy-stupid!” Grab some Purity Bread, this week we’re heading back to 1981 to cover our listener request of The Pit. Our protagonist Jamie is a nice, if creepy, 12 year old boy whose sexual awakening and overall social life are crushed by the hordes of merciless haters in his life. When a hideous ginger girl, a blind old lady and the school librarian all team up to stalk his life, Jamie does what any rational person would do – start listening to his murderous teddy bear and feed the haters to unexplained creatures out in the woods! Fortunately for Jamie, these pricks’ intelligence is inversely proportional to their hate, and his local law enforcement doesn’t give the slightest hint of a fuck about missing persons. Or the creatures they eventually kill. Oh, to live in this town…

Shut Up I Love It Sasha Feiler and Joe Cabello Many years ago, Sasha Feiler and Joe Cabello met in line for an improv show. They were young, dumb, and full of it. What followed were comedy shows so explicit, “genitalia” was practically a term of endearment.Fast forward 5 dogs, 6 cats, and way too many weird inside jokes later, Sasha and Joe are no longer young or dumb—but they’re still brimming with you-know-what. Here, they’ve teamed up to bring you a podcast where they interview a guest who passionately defends something universally hated, misunderstood, forgotten, overlooked, Mandela-effected, canceled—you name it. The key? They LOVE it. From toupees... to B-movies... to aliens, psychedelics, and the occasional surprise character, Sasha and Joe are here to spread love to the world that birthed them (but maybe should’ve used protection). So come and get that love because no one else will give it to you like we do.Also, don’t forget to check out the Patreon Bonus version of the show:https://www.patreon.com/c/ShutUpILoveItP Explicit The Spoofcast The Spoofcast The podcast where hosts Adam Oppenheimer and Steven Pipps rate, review, and revile every spoof movie ever made to create the definitive spoof movie ranking.
