Heather has dedicated her entire career to work with military veterans and 1st responder's. We speak in depth about the trauma's that our vets/1st responder's face on a daily basis and the devastating effects unprocessed trauma wreaks on oneself. Heather speaks about the need to process these traumas in healthy ways, and ways of doing just that.
