Ishmael Gumbo is a dynamic Biomedical Scientist, academician and transformational leader whose work bridges science, community development and strategic innovation. Currently pursuing dual postgraduate degrees an MSc in Epidemiology and Biostatistics and an MBA in Business Administration Ishmael brings a multidisciplinary lens to public health and leadership.He lectures biomedical sciences at Harvest University and serves as the National Coordinator for Diagnostic and Community Health Research at Scientific Initiatives for a Healthy and Developed Zambia where he leads evidence-based interventions and research-driven advocacy.With a Diploma in Psychosocial Counseling and advanced training in Executive Business Communication and Conflict Management, Ishmael's approach to leadership is both empathetic and results-oriented.
