Ger Redmond is an Irish professional Triathlete. He joins the lads to talk about his life growing up in Darndale in Dublin, moving to Scotland to become a pro footballer before having to return home to raise his sibilings all at the age of 16. Ger went on to become a criminal and became incarcerated where he decided to turn his life around and set out on his journey which got him to where he is today.
