episode 15 - When am I Ready? In this episode I discuss a topic that I am constantly asked and that is "When is the best time to be ready." Truth be told, that is right NOW. So many times throughout our lives we always feel the need to get ready to do something, and in most cases the opportunity will pass before you are ready. That's why it's important to understand that right now in the present is what you can control, so force yourself into urgent action! By doing this you will eliminate inactivity, which leads to anxiety, overwhelm, and increased doubt! You will also eliminate excuses, as once doubt creeps in, we will eventually talk ourselves out of taking action! Another point that stops us from thinking we are ready is fear! We base our feeling of not being ready on pain that happened in the past, and the thought of future pain in our future! Only issue with that is you can't change the past, and the future did not happen yet! One thing is for sure with that approach, you will hold yourself back from arriving in your desired future. So let go, and be present in the RIGHT NOW! Take action, and GO for it! You will learn by doing, and the experiences you will gain in the process!
