They decided to take the plunge and start a business here in Australia after 2 years of talking about it. Little did they know (nor did anyone) that a global pandemic would strike just four days after the business launched so they discuss how that has affected them and their business along with any advice on what it is like to run an online business in this day and age.  We discuss the highs and the lows as well as how good the Irish communities are abroad.
