Episode 150: "Dan's Sugar Free Podcast"

Yesterday I hosted a podcast class. I really have 3 goals and 1 result in mind when I host these classes. 3 Goals: 1) To get you to realize that someone needs to hear your story 2) To demystify the level of difficulty of it. 3) To teach you how to do it for little to no cost  1 Result: To share your story with others, because someone needs to hear it. That goal was accomplished after yesterday's podcast class. One of the attendees, Dan, text me an hour and a half after the class telling me he would have an episode up that night. Honestly, I was a little hesitant to believe he'd actually do it.  But, sure enough, he did. By 7 o'clock he had his episode published. And the best part... He shared his story of battling type-1 Diabetes so that he could help others. A big shout out to you Dan for your contribution to others.
