Get your candles and books ready as we close out 2022 with a flame. This week we are joined by the owners of Truly Haute, Lauren & Rachel. Two ladies on fire for their business and doing everything they can to take it to the next level year over year. After wanting to do something different in their lives, Lauren & Rachel started working at Truly Haute back some 10 years ago. At the time it was just a hobby of a job for the both of them with nothing really being all consuming at work. When the owners decided it was growing too quickly and they weren't ready to take the leap to become full time entrepreneurs, Rachel texted Lauren one weekend and suggested they should purchase the company and make it their own. With COVID being a pivotal year for them, they have both taken the leap off the diving board and are working within their business full time as stellar entrepreneurs.
