Today's guest is a retired athlete who holds the British record in the javelin throw and formerly held the world record too. He won four gold medals at the European Championships, three Commonwealth Games gold medals, two silvers, and a bronze at the Olympic Games, and two silvers at the World Championships. He is now partner of BackleyBlack ltd, which a performance based training company that combines the experience of two of Great Britain's finest Olympic athletes with the simple goal 'To transfer Olympic performance into the workplace'.
