Episode 151 -- Cooking with Beer (part 2B)

Deja vu! More cooking with beer!  Once again, we get into flavor profiles of the malts/grains, hops, and yeast that match up with various foods.  This is a two part episode and in this second part (if you haven't listened to part 1, you should, it's good) we discuss chicken, beef, seafood, sausages, desert, and even slightly touch on coffee (although that's more whiskey related again). So grab your pint and spatula (or big wooden spoon, which our friend's mom always threatened us with) and enjoy!
