Episode 151: Sharon Bowen, Duriya Farooqui and Betty Liu on Diversifying Corporate Boards

from Inside the ICE House · host Intercontinental Exchange

Representation among women and minorities on corporate boards is ticking up, but more work lies ahead as investors and other stakeholders demand more diversity. Data show that more diversity can drive better results, and the NYSE Board Advisory Council was launched to champion qualified candidates nominated by leaders of listed companies. ICE Board Members Sharon Bowen and Duriya Farooqui, along with NYSE Vice Chair Betty Liu, are Co-Chairs of the Council and convened inside the ICE House to chart a path toward greater equality in the board room and how the Council can help.                                                   Inside the ICE House: https://www.theice.com/insights/conversations/inside-the-ice-house
