She is co-artistic director of Company of Wolves. Originally from the USA, she has lived internationally for twenty years (Russia, Austria, Poland, UK) and has studied traditional song, lamentation, and polyphony with artists from Siberia, Georgia, Ukraine, and Poland. She works as a music director and live sound designer, blending traditional song and experimental electronic music, and as a voice coach, where she focuses on the relationship between voice, breath, movement and body. Most recently, Anna has designed sound for Hysteria! (Oran Mor) and The End of Things (Company of Wolves); performed in Seven Hungers and Invisible Empire (Company of Wolves), and is currently making unbecoming, her first solo performance. She has co-produced all of Company of Wolves’ performances to date, and holds a PhD in ensemble theatre and community engagement from Goldsmiths, University of London.
