Episode 153 Is Your Life In A Holding Pattern?

I know that a lot of people have experienced a holding pattern at some point in their life... And being in another one in my life is challenging.  I've had many and know this will pass, but it still makes me feel like a hamster on a wheel!  I don't feel I can move forward with making commitments on any of the things I'm planning to do. When things are out of my control I feel like I am hovering around my life.  I have to wait to the 25th to see my doctor for my follow up appointment, which is okay.  However, then when we discuss my continued treatment, side affects can include a ton of things that make take me out of the loop of the tia chi class I want take or starting in a volunteer position... Hmph, like I said I am in a holding pattern.  And so this show is about me sharing my stresses on this with you, cause it helps me hear myself and help myself.  So thank you for always being my sounding board! It's a lot about removing the external stresses around you that you can control that seems to give some sense of being in control. So I've done that today in a few different ways.  I have to share with my friend tonight that as much as I want to be part of her big fund raiser, time will only tell if I'm able to give that kind of energy... But it will all work out, because it's life, it's a hiccup and it will pass.  And I hope it will for you as well, because I do know a few of you listening are on that hamster wheel with me and feel the pressure and challenges of being in a holding pattern.
