Taylor and Jeremy purchased their first real estate property in 2017 and have since transitioned into full time real estate investors, property managements and real estate coaches. Through this process, both Taylor and Jeremy have been busy working on their careers outside of real estate investing. Taylor has been working part-time at Community Living and was in school at King’s College at Western University for her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Childhood and Social Institutions. After obtaining her degree in 2019, she went on to Fanshawe for the Fast Track Social Service Worker program and then worked full time at Community Living for one year before transitioning into real estate full time. Jeremy was doing his electrical apprenticeship throughout this time with London Electric. Since becoming a licensed electrician, Jeremy has transitioned into working on real estate full time in Chatham to focus on managing the renovations. In a short amount of time, Taylor and Jeremy have used multiple strategies such as the BRRRR method, sole ownership long-term buy and holds, joint ventures and private money.
