With everything that’s been building up with Gervonta “Tank” Davis and Floyd “Money” Mayweather one can imagine what would be in stake for the two. Well news came out that Leonard Ellerbe the CEO of Mayweather Promotions has finally decided to step down announced by Floyd Mayweather according to Alex Pattle from The Independent. After 2 decades of working with Floyd, he’s decided to part ways. Now a known reason to be is that, Ellerbe wants to spend more time with family. But with everything from Tank and Floyd back and forth, the real reason may not be classified. His replacement will be former longtime Golden Boy Employee Richard Schaefer. Speaking of Tank, he has a fight against Frank Martin June 15th, and we know Ellerbe supports and loves Tank. While we don’t know what’s next for Ellerbe, we do wish the best for him, Hear Mario and Breezy talk about the departure and the reasoning cause for the split along with Richard Schaefer being the new CEO.
