We venture out of our comfort zone in this first ever episode devoted entirely to cider. Joined by Co-Owner and Head Cidermaker, Joe Getz, we set up shop at Kurant Cider in Philadelphia. It was an amazing learning experience for all of us as we talked about the cider making process, history, and of course the story and goings-on of Kurant. Dan reported on some news, including companies getting on on these "high times". In Happy Fun Time, Wayne hosted an all cider edition of Libation or Fabrication. Steph kept the educational theme going with an edition of Know Your…Cider.
