Episode 155- Saudi Delegation Arrives in Pakistan, IMF Will Visit To Discuss New Loan | Major Gaurav Arya

A 50-member Saudi trade delegation arrived in Islamabad to explore investment opportunities in Pakistan. The delegation, representing about 30 companies, was received by Federal Minister for Petroleum Musadik Malik and Minister for Commerce Jam Kamal. The visit was on the special directives of Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman. Discussions will focus on promoting Pak-Saudi trade and strengthening business ties in various sectors. Sectors such as agriculture, mining, human resources, energy, maritime, and others will be targeted. On the other hand, An International Monetary Fund (IMF) mission is expected to visit Pakistan this month to discuss a new program. The new program will be discussed ahead of Pakistan's annual budget-making process for the next financial year.
