Episode 155. Set Boundaries in Your Pet Business

from Prosperous Pet Business · host Kristin Morrison

Luis has been in business for 12 years in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. He has a thriving dog walking business.   Lately his clients have been using his pet service as more of a 'ride share app" (using his services periodically instead of consistently) which has made planning very difficult because his clients aren't being consistent and scheduling regular, ongoing service like they used to do.   Many have also been requesting his service during his off hours (early in the morning and late at night) which is creating a lot of stress for him and his team.    He wants to provide an easeful experience for his clients but not if it continues to cause stress the way it has been lately.   If you are struggling with setting boundaries with your clients, you won't want to miss this episode!     Visit the show notes page at:  www.ProsperousPetBusiness.com/podcast155     Got pet business and life goals?
