Episode 156 “Because Trauma said so” In this episode, I talk about a recent poll from my instagram story. The question was “What is the reason the dating scene is so bad?” The choices were the pool of men; the pool of women; major miscommunication or commitment issues. The top choice was major miscommunication. As a result of the poll, I talk about how the dating scene should be a little easier than it is. I also talk about how it is time for people to heal and then date. Lastly, I ask if there is any  common ground between men and women. THE POOL OF MEN Are there any men that meet the standards that women currently have? What does a man, who is a project, look like? Are men really that bad? THE POOL OF WOMEN No one voted “the pool of women”, which makes me think men still value everything that women bring to the table. MAJOR MISCOMMUNICATION The was the top choice for the voters. Do adults communicate and comprehend well? Is this something that can be fixed? MAJOR COMMITMENT ISSUES Why are people afraid to commit to something? Does this come from unhealed trauma?
