Episode 156 | Crazy Wizard Energy

Episode 156 finds the crew a ninja down, with Rigby doing whatever it is Rigby does (probably something vodka related), discussing the documentary Clapboard Jungle from director Justin McConnell that's playing at this years online Fantasia Film Festival starting August 20th. Clapboard Jungle uses Justin's own personal journey of getting his films made as a framework to dive into all the dark corners of the indie film world that you might not thing of when you think of people making movies. Throughout there are interviews with Gueillermo del Toro, Stuart Gordan, George Romero, our fav Steven Kostanski and a whole host of indie genre film names you'll recognize. The second half of this episode has us talking about McConnell's film Lifechanger (not part of Fantasia this year.
