from Detox with Abi · host Abimbola Arawande

Be conscious of God’s presence I Corinth 6:19; I Corinth 3:16 and 2 Timothy 1:14 and John 16:13 say it all. “Have you forgotten that your body is now the sacred temple of the Spirit of Holiness, who lives in you? You don’t belong to yourself any longer, for the gift of God, the Holy Spirit, lives inside your sanctuary.” ‭‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭6:19‬ ‭TPT‬‬ “Do you not know and understand that you [the church] are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwells [permanently] in you [collectively and individually]?” ‭‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭3:16‬ ‭AMP‬‬ Why do we need to be conscious of the presence of the Spirit of God- Holy Spirit, in our lives? He is the One that will help us to keep, protect, guard the Truth, the treasure, the salvation of our heart. “Protect the truth that you were given. Protect it with the help of the Holy Spirit who lives in us.” ‭‭2 Timothy‬ ‭1:14‬ ‭ICB Also the Holy Spirit guides us into all truth “But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all the truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come.” ‭‭John‬ ‭16:13‬ ‭NIV‬‬
