Episode 157 - The Visit

  M. Night Shyamalan directed this piece of garbage called 'The Visit'.  Are we tipping our hand too much?  Andrew and Phil did not like this tale of two kids who spend the week with their grandparents.  The kids are making a documentary, so we viewers see only what is recorded on their cameras.  Its a found footage conceit that is common among horror films these days.  Needless to the say, these grandparents have their share of eccentricities, such as hoarding dirty adult diapers, scratching the walls while naked and popping up out of nowhere just to scare us.  Shyamalan hasn't had the best track record these past few years, and 'The Visit' does nothing to salvage his reputation.  See this film if you must, but Andrew and Phil think you can do better.
