You may have seen where she teaches weekly baking classes on Food Network Kitchen, and host the series Bake it Up a Notch for Food52. She has this warm and genuine personality, which we love. Just as importantly, she is an expert at baking, which is why I was excited to try her book. We baked all sorts of pies, from custard to pretzel to birthday cake.
