John is a Neuromuscular therapist, Functional Range Release, Functional Range Conditioning and Active Release Technique provider, located in Columbus, Ohio, in the USA. John is also the main Performance Therapist at Westside Barbell, where he helps all of Westsides athletes stay healthy, reduce injury potential, and effectively and efficiently rehab any athletes who are coming back from injury.
