Episode 3: Ann Burgess, OMF Missionary

from Mission Compass · host Galcom International Canada

According to the Joshua Project, unreached people groups are those who have “few evangelicals and few who identify as Christians. Little if any, history of Christianity.” (joashuaproject.net/global/progress, 2022) There are currently 7,387 unreached people groups; that is a total of 3,287,257,000 people or 42% of the world who have not yet heard the Good News of Jesus Christ. This week, we hear from missionary Ann Burgess, who worked with the unreached Mien people in Thailand. Ann has spent the last 40 years learning the language, translating to provide a Bible in their language, the first time ever for this people group. Tune in and hear all about how God is moving in this area, and find out how you can get involved in reaching the unreached.
