Willis, our black police officer that we have been interviewing, has a degree in Social Work and this educational background has greatly impacted his ability to do his job. In this episode, he also talks to us about some of the inadequacies of the current police academy training structure, his childhood trauma from a police interaction, and his views on the murder of George Floyd.
