On this episode of Survive & Thrive 8791, we welcome Coach Bill Freidig into the Buck & Honey's remote studios.   Bill, a successful coach and health & performance trainer shares his story of losing his father at the tender age of eleven. Fortunately, his family helped nurture him and help him through the days that would follow.  In addition to family, Bill was able to have some mentors that would provide stability in his life. His youth, high school, and college coaches would provide guidance and advice that would benefit him as he became a parent and a professional.
