Not many coaches have achieved the level of success Coach Warren has achieved, 100 wins as a head coach. However, life is "more than winning", it is winning at life.Coach Warren comes from a family of coaches. His brother, Steve, won a 5A State Title at Abilene High, His father, Jim, was a longtime coach at Plains High. However, Coach Warren did not initially want to be a coach. Coach Warren has only coached at three schools. Eighteen seasons with the Wimberley Texans, 11 of them as Head Coach. This season, he hit a milestone - 100 wins as a head coach. Coach Warren is more than a football coach or athletic director, he is a man of faith.
