Episode 16: Interview with Barbara Philibert

In this episode, we interview Barbara Philibert the President & CEO of the Pettibone LLC Platform of the HEICO Companies. Pettibone is comprised of eleven diverse operating companies, seventeen global locations, and 1,000 employees. Prior Barbara was President and COO for Oatey Co. Throughout her career, Barbara has held a number of international operations, marketing, and sales roles with a strong focus in manufacturing branded products.  Barbara serves on the Board of Trustees for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum and serves on additional boards. Barbara Philibert holds a BA and MA from the University of Iowa, is a Kellogg Executive Scholar in General Management, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Case Western Reserve.
