In today's episode I am joined with Kesia who has Crohn's Disease. She was diagnosed last year in 2020. Kesia is from South Africa, Kesia tells her story so far with a Chronic Illness and how it's important to keep occupied and keep positive. Kesia was in hospital for a month when she found out she had Crohn's but she couldn't see anybody because of the Pandemic she explains how this affected her and Mental Health too.
