Episode 16 LIVE Coaching Session on Grief, Power & Love

This episode is VERY different than most because it's actually an impromptu coaching session that happened with my friend and colleague, Mare. She attended my holiday workshop on Sunday, and came back on Monday...but was the only one. Which, as you will soon hear...was perfectly meant to be. Mare had been waiting by the phone to find out if her mother had passed away, and at the time of coaching session was still waiting for the call. She lost her father 3 months prior, and this will be her first holiday without either parent. NOT an easy time, and yet in this episode you will see how she was able to find some peace. Some power, and a whole lot of love. So grab a Kleenex for this one, and listen with open ears and an even more open HEART.  Grief isn't a stranger to any of us. And grief at the holidays hits even harder. My hope with this episode is that you are able to find some peace as you navigate the holidays without loved ones either recently or in the past.
