Episode 39 - Telling the HARD truth
I’ll be honest with you, July was not an easy month. Okay, the whole year has been hard for me, if I’m being honest. I have had to grow and expand faster than I was ready at times, and it’s been BUMPY. But I also know that every choice I’ve made has been aligned with my soul and what matters to me. In this mini-episode I share a very hard choice I had to make to NOT buy a home I love that was sentimental to my family. It’s a topic that I’ve been reluctant to share about, and has caused me a lot of discomfort with family members. And while I don’t like letting people down or disappointing them, I’m willing to do what I KNOW is right in my gut. EVEN when it upsets other people. Have you ever done that? Made a hard choice? Pissed someone off as a result? And yet known you were doing the right thing? Well, then you get it. That’s me right now, and while it’s not easy. I am getting accustomed to helping myself feel good and be at peace over anyone else, and my hope is that when you listen to this podcast…you do too. I have one private coaching spot open right now, and if you resonate with what I’m saying and are looking to feel more and more like YOU…send me a message. My email is [email protected] or you can DM me. I love you, and thank you for listening. If you enjoy the podcast, please leave a review and tell me what you like! And if you have topic or guest ideas please send those too.

A Very Downton Abbey Birthday Party
Sometimes (ahem, all the time) the road to having it all is windy, unexpected and downright unpredictable. But when you listen to your gut, it always guides you into the right places. My guest on today's podcast, Tracey Countryman, shares about how she took many of the predictable roads, climbed mountains even (literally and figuratively) only to wind up taking new roads that have delighted, inspired and re-invigorated her and her family. She shares about leaving her CEO world to walk through London and back home to herself and what truly matters in her life, the people she loves. Tracey's heart is as big as her sense of adventure and love of bringing people together, and I'm so very grateful she sat down with me to share more on the podcast. I know you'll be inspired to hear about her recent 50th birthday party she hosted for her 50 nearest and dearest in an English Manor House that felt like a castle. Tracey shows us that "you are everyone you have ever met". Grab a tea, and enjoy. I love you, and thank you for listening.

Episode 37 - If It's Meant To Be...It Will Be
I've always leaned on the saying, "If it's meant to be, it will be." As someone who loves accomplishing, getting results, and making things happen, this phrase has helped me to relax into the flow of life and trust that what is meant for me will find it's way to me WITHOUT me forcing anything to happen. So, in today's episode, I share about how my dear friend Tracey and I danced in and out of each other's lives until it was finally meant to be. She is my podcast guest on the next episode, and I thought hearing our story of a friendship that took 10 years to happen would give you some hope for things happening exactly the way they are meant to. Tracey exemplifies discovering her own version of Having It All, and I know you'll be eager to listen to our interview in Episode 38. Stay tuned, and be sure to subscribe so you don't miss an episode. I love you, and thanks for listening. Anna

Grief, Guts & God - Part 3 of 3
Let the coaching BEGIN! Journal this, "What is hard in my life?" And then ask yourself, "What am I resisting?" As you'll discover, it's only ever your resistance that creates the HARD feelings we feel. And when you stop the resistance, everything gets EASIER. More relaxed, less stressful, less overwhelming. It has taken a lot of practice for me to get good at spotting it within myself (it's way easier for me to do it with my clients), but I do have a method to it. Join me in my next Journal Your Guts Out Course, and I'll show you how. We start June 17th and you have access to my office hours FOREVER. Pretty fun having a coach at your fingertips every week! I love you, and thanks for listening. anna **If you missed the previous episodes, click below. Grief, Guts and God Part 1 Grief, Guts and God Part 2

Grief, Guts & God - Part 2 of 3
The story continues! In this episode I share about how I kept relaxing and remembering that "it's all working out for me". Because when I stand in that vibrational state, it's a funny thing...it all works out! I cannot believe the synchronicities that happened again and again as I relaxed and let go. Every time I did, something else magical would happen. And the funny thing is, once you get used to feeling good. You get really good at feeling good and you keep it going. Make sure to listen to Part 1 of this series, if you haven't already. Stay tuned for the final instalment of this series, Part 3, all about how we resist and make things hard. And most importantly, how to work through the resistance to EASE!

I'm taking new coaching clients right now, and my journaling course begins June 17th. I'd love to support you, if you are in need. I love you, and thank you for listening. Episode 31 - How to slow down...
Slowing down is one of the most important things we can do to reduce stress and overwhelm, but it's so opposite to what we are accustomed to doing. What I love about journaling and hear all the time from clients is that journaling helps them to slow down. I share in this episode the two main reasons I journal. 1. To see what's in my way to having what I want. To see my blindspots. 2. To practice dreaming bigger. And also to practice seeing my "worst case scenario" and that I could make it through. That it isn't that bad. But the real benefit of journaling, that only happens in the last 5 minutes when you are starting out (don't worry it gets longer as you practice) is that you develop a relationship with The Universe. God. Source. Soul. You start to hear this sweet little voice cheering you on and guiding you into alignment. I hope you'll pick up a pen and give journaling a try. And please join me for my FREE 3 day challenge that ends tomorrow, April 10th. If you really want to create a life you love and obliterate your road blocks, and increase your capacity to feel good, I definitely recommend you join me for my upcoming 6 week Journal Your Guts Out course. What I've seen in the past 17 years since I started journaling and journal coaching is that writing is not all the same. When you work with me you get straight to the heart of what's in the way and develop a really powerful skill to help you anytime you want. Episode 29 - Stop Making it HARD
Wanna know a secret? NOTHING is hard, until you say it is. Hard by definition is solid, firm, rigid, not easily broken. It also be definition is done with a great deal of strength or force. So when we say something is hard, guess what happens? It becomes harder. It becomes more difficult to attain, until many times it becomes impossible to achieve. The best things in my life have come to me from EASE, not from a lack of effort, but from relaxing and being aligned with my True Self. Which begs the question, how do I know my alignment and True Self? Glad you asked...because of my daily journaling practice. It's not sexy, it's not always a breakthrough, but it is consistent. It is loving, and it is easy. Some days words and ideas flow out of me and I am shocked when I hit that last minute and I have the clarity and the confidence I was looking for. Other days I wonder what the F I just wrote about, but I sure did find enough to fill up 3 pages and 45 minutes. And even though I didn't have a breakthrough per se, I feel more relaxed. Lighter. More even tempered. Relaxed even. Take a listen to today's episode, and sign up for the "Journal Your Guts Out" course that will change your life. it's the simplest tool to have the biggest changes in your life happen. So happy to be sharing one of my favorite tips today in creating a life you love. And that's to notice the signs when they fall in your lap....AND....take action. I'm sharing some recent events in my life when I said I wanted something or wondered if I was doing the right thing, and then BOOM the answer fell in my lap. Start to look at your own life and see where it's happening. Because I promise you, it's happening. May you be wise enough to slow down and notice (without speeding ticket like me!). Please take a listen to the SEO podcast with Jordan Becerra if you have a business, it's invaluable. And I'm happy to answer any questions you have about working with Jordan and her team, which I highly recommend. And definitely listen to my lovely and calming friend Stephanie Affinito who was my sign today that moving in the direction I'm moving is RIGHT ON POINT. My all time favorite book that I will never be without is by Esther and Jerry Hicks, Ask and It Is Given. Get a copy if you don't already have one, it's life changing. Episode 27 - SEO with Jordan Becerra
Never in a million years did I think learning about SEO would change my life, until I sat down with Jordan Becerra for this interview and literally had my mind blown. Quick back story. Jordan and I were connected through her assistant, and I had no idea what she did. Her assistant was persistent and despite having to reschedule many times due to sick kids, travels, and time change challenges…we finally got a date. The NIGHT BEFORE this interview, Derek (my husband), mentioned that we should really understand SEO and use it for our 3 companies. To which I said, “I’m at capacity. I do NOT have the bandwidth to take anything else on. If YOU want to learn SEO, knock yourself out, but I’m not.” THIS is the interview I had with Jordan (who I didn’t know had an SEO company) the next day. It literally blew my mind, and I signed up to work with her after recording this podcast. So here’s the deal, if you have a business, or want to have a business…this podcast cannot be missed. It has the potential to change your life by helping you have more business (i.e. money) by working less. Imagine using social media to be social, not to sell. Imagine your clients LOOKING for you and FINDING you with ease. That’s what Jordan and her team atInfluencer SEO helps you do, and I personally cannot wait to get started with them! Thank you Jordan for knowing all about SEO and how it can make your life easier and more profitable, so we don’t have to! You are brilliant and I’m so thankful we found each other! DON’T miss this episode! I love you, Anna

Part 2 - The Christmas night that changed my life.
Oh the Universe has the funniest way of working things out when you really want something and are paying attention. You see, for all of my life I had dreamt of meeting the man of my dreams. I had been in New York City for all of 20s and dated and had relationships, but nothing that felt like the ONE. And so, I took a long hard look in the mirror and started to get myself ready. I hired coaches, took courses and worked with everyone I thought could help me to heal my dating past, and most importantly to fall in love with myself. I left a job that wasn't aligned, I moved out of New York and I took a 6 month dating detox and I fell in love with myself. I learned what I really loved...dogs playing on the beach and movies on Sunday mornings in an empty theater, massages, sushi and quiet nights in and deep conversations with people who have something to say. So when an old friend of my family's asked me if I wanted to grab a drink on Christmas night when we were both at home for the holidays, I didn't think much of it. In fact, I was dating someone. Our first date was at 9pm on Christmas night. I ended my relationship with the other guy on Dec. 26th. More on what happened in the next episode, maybe I'll even get Derek to join me?! I love you and Merry Christmas, and happy holidays! I hope you find the love you are looking for. Inside and out.

Part 1 - Looking for LOVE in ALL the wrong places!
Take a walk down memory lane with me to Dec. 20th, 2012. I'd left New York City, the only city I'd lived as an adult, to find the love of my life, a dog and a backyard with twinkle lights...in Texas. You see, my path to my current life was not linear and it also really wasn't very pretty. I had to face my own patterns with men, hello...black widow spider. Yikes, that was not a fun realization. But sooooo necessary. I had to learn how to create a love that I'd never seen before in my family, or in my life. I hope you'll listen with an open heart, and stay tuned for the next part of this podcast series in a few days on Christmas. I love you, and thanks for listening. Please feel free to email me if anything comes up for you after listening. My email is [email protected]. My goal with all of my honesty is that you see we are far more alike than different. And that we need the darkness to see our light. It's part of being human. Thanks, and happy holidays! Anna

Episode 16 LIVE Coaching Session on Grief, Power & Love
This episode is VERY different than most because it's actually an impromptu coaching session that happened with my friend and colleague, Mare. She attended my holiday workshop on Sunday, and came back on Monday...but was the only one. Which, as you will soon hear...was perfectly meant to be. Mare had been waiting by the phone to find out if her mother had passed away, and at the time of coaching session was still waiting for the call. She lost her father 3 months prior, and this will be her first holiday without either parent. NOT an easy time, and yet in this episode you will see how she was able to find some peace. Some power, and a whole lot of love. So grab a Kleenex for this one, and listen with open ears and an even more open HEART. Grief isn't a stranger to any of us. And grief at the holidays hits even harder. My hope with this episode is that you are able to find some peace as you navigate the holidays without loved ones either recently or in the past. And that you use what I teach to help create peace in your heart all year round. I love you. A special thanks to Mare for showing up so honestly and allowing her story to be shared. I love you Mare.

Episode 15 - The Fastest Way to Grow
Is not what you think. It’s not a super efficient time blocked day, it’s not having a bunch of money to invest, it’s not being really smart, and it’s certainly not working hard. It’s allowing yourself to recognize where you feel unsafe, feel how it feels, and re-parent yourself. That is how you actually grow. Your nervous system will ALWAYS block your growth if it doesn’t think you’re safe. Why? Because your body’s #1 job is to make sure you survive, at any cost. But what it doesn’t know is that you feeling safe is FUCKING terrifying and you are a self sabotage machine. So, watch this video as I share how to safely and effectively feel the yuck feelings so you can grow at a speed you never imagined. Don’t miss signing up for my $47 Holiday Course where I will help you set up a holiday that supports and nourishes you. https://www.annakmorris.com/holidaycourse You get to bring a friend for free! Episode 14 - Reading to Calm Your Nervous System
Get ready for a total MIC DROP of a show! My friend and literacy professor and coach, Stephanie Affinito, is my guest today and sharing with us how even SIX minutes of reading has positive effects on our nervous system and THIRTY minutes has the same impact on our cortisol levels as YOGA. I know, I couldn't believe it either! So if you needed a good excuse to curl up with a book as the holidays are embarking, this is the permission you need. And if you need support at this time of year (I KNOW I do!), I'm here for you with my favorite annual Holiday Course. Create A Holiday You LOVE It's only $47 and you get to bring a friend or family member for free. I'm hosting 4 live workshops and you can attend one, none or all of them. Everything is recorded and we are going to create a holiday you love. Stephanie took my course last year and it saved her holiday season (and mine too when I practiced what I preached!). I'd love to see you LIVE in that workshop. I love you, and thanks for listening. Anna

Then you'll make a list of what you do want. And finally, some actions you can take RIGHT NOW to get you closer to a life you love. Because the Universe cannot bring you what you aren't clear about. Episode 11 - It's Worth It.
If you haven't had a chance to listen to my podcast with Liz Wood, take a listen to that for more on what I'll share today. Liz is extraordinary at creating a life she loves, but she is wise enough to not do it alone, and brave enough to tell the truth. I love working with her so very much, and what I find with clients who have everything start to work out really well, is there is sometimes an upper limit that hits. That's why I love working with my coach even when things get really good and I don't think I need to. So check out The Big Leap by Gay Hendricks for more on how we create upper limits for ourselves. I recommend it to everyone! And be sure to check out Liz's blog about how to find a coach. It's super helpful whether you are truly looking, or just "coach curious". Also, the Buddhist quote I references is HERE. The quote is, "Hungry ghosts are beings who are tormented by desire that can never be sated." I think we can all relate to that feeling of "it's never enough" whether it's a feeling you've had or you've felt from someone. It feels like shit, and no amount of money or external stuff can solve it. The work is inside. Take a listen and let me know what you think! I'd love to hear from you with a review or an email. My email is [email protected] I'm a work in progress, as is this podcast. So if you have a topic you'd like me to cover...let me know! Thanks for listening. I love you. Anna

Episode 10 - Making Hard Choices is the WAY
In this episode, my friend and coaching client, Liz Wood, shares with us VERY hard choices she has made in an effort to create a life she loves. I adore her honesty and vulnerability when she opens up for the first time publicly about an adoption she had and then reversed. A marriage that ended in divorce, and how she has handled multiple ups and downs...and found her way home to herself. She is a living example of what I said to Derek when we got married, "It won't be easy, but it will be worth it." Liz is here to show us how very WORTHY we are of the hard choices. Because on the other side, is a life you love. Thank you Liz for opening up so much on the show today, we are honored. For all things Liz Wood, check her out: Liz Wood New Orleans real estate Roaming with Red I'm so excited to dive into more of this episode on my solo episode coming up next. Make sure you SUBSCRIBE so you don't miss it! THANKS for listening. I love you. Anna

Episode 9 - Listen to your GUT.
If you've listened to any of my podcasts or coaching videos, you know that I teach people to listen to their intuition. Their GUT. Their inner voice. Because while it might not be what you want to hear, it will lead you onto a path that delights you and feels at ease. I loved doing this podcast and talking more deeply about what my guest, Stephanie Boone, founder of Wondercide, experienced as she built a multi-million dollar brand from anger, love and a whole lot of intuition. Thanks for listening, and if you didn't get a chance to hear the full interview with Stephanie, check it out HERE. I love you. Anna

Episode 8 - Interview with Stephanie Boone
Join me and my guest, Stephanie Boone, as we dive deep into how intuition is your greatest ally, not only in life...but especially in your career. Stephanie started a little company (just kidding, it's HUGE!) called Wondercide, as a passion project to help save the life of her beloved dog. Little did she know that it would grow into the company it did, supports thousands of families and save the lives of who knows how many pets! Her success, however, is not what I find most interesting. What is amazing to me is her ability to keep listening to her GUT, her INTUITION, her LITTLE VOICE. It was the voice that told her that her dog shouldn't be put down, or to take the Shark Tank deal or give any shares to investors along the way. She did what so many of us struggle to do... HEAR OUR VOICE and then DO WHAT IT SAYS. So grab a cup of tea and settle in for this incredible story of love, hard work and PASSION. And don't forget...you too can have it all. I love you and thank you for listening. If you'd like help listening to your intuition, I have 3 coaching spots that opened up and I'd love to chat with you. Book a DISCOVERY CALL with me and let's see what you're ready to create in life. xoxo anna

Episode 7 - Have less FEELS like having more!
To expand upon Episode 6 with my decluttering expert Hannah Antonson, I wanted to share a solo episode about my own attachment to things. Specifically a home we recently bought with everything in it, and needed to clean out. AND my experience letting go of previous identities I've had in the past. It's not easy to let go, and it can be hard to declutter when we don't want to let go of who we used to be. But here's the deal, if we don't let go of who we've been...then how can we become who we are meant to be? So I'm keeping some of the items that I'm excited to lean into in the future, and letting the rest go. I've had my colours assessed (hello Vibrant Autumn and thank you Lindsay Duncan!) and am only keeping what looks and feels good on me. Inside and out. I'm ready for more space in my life to show up the way that feels true to me. How about you? I love you. Thank you for listening.

Episode 6 - How decluttering can help you have more.
Join me and my guest, Hannah Antonson, a decluttering and organizational expert, as we unpack our attachment to STUFF. Call it junk or treasures, doesn't matter. Too much stuff isn't good for your life. And it certainly doesn't help you have it all! So listen up and get ready to look around your house, apartment, car, pantry, closet, linen closet and see how too much stuff could be holding you back. Follow all things decluttering and organization by staying connected with Hannah! Here's her WEBSITE. I love you, and thank you for listening.

Episode 5 - Jealousy is Helpful.
I don't know where it happened, but we get taught jealousy is not good. It's probably religious. "Thou shall not covet they neighbor" or something like that (I was raised Episcopalian and rarely went to church, but it's something like that). But here's the thing I LOVE about jealousy. It's a map. It tells us what we want, when we aren't exactly certain sometimes. It is informative and information fuels transformation. So listen to this quick mini episode, and then go back and listen to Episode 4 with my guest, Rachel Truair, as she shares how she rediscovered what she wants after having her first child. Thanks for listening. I love you.

Episode 4 - How “The Artist’s Way” Helped Rachel Create Her ALL
I’m so excited to share a very special podcast episode with my friend and former client, Rachel Truair. Rachel and I met as mom/neighbors right before Covid hit and she was in my very first official Artist’s Way program where I discovered how much I loved guiding people through the book that changed my life 16 years ago. On today’s episode, Rachel shares how spending time with herself informed her of some unmet dreams/needs she had. And then she went and got into action! A dream house in Adirondacks? Yep! Horses and equestrian life? Got it. A career she loves? Done. A family that supports her dream? Yessss. You see Rachel truly “has it all”, but what I love about this conversation isn’t that she’s got it all. It’s that she’s got HER version of ALL. And that answer is different for everyone! So my loves…listen to this episode and grab a pen and journal. Tomorrow morning when you wake up, give yourself the gift of journaling about what you’d love to have. What you love in your life and how you created it. Can you create it again with another dream? Use Rachel’s story to inspire you and remind you that “personal responsibility” is everything! And if you’re interested in The Artist’s Way, you’re in luck! I’ll be leading a group in January 2025. You can find out more and sign up right HERE. Thank you for listening. I love you. Anna P.S. If you are liking the episodes, please subscribe and leave me a review. I’d love to hear what parts you are connecting with!

Episode 3 - How do you have it all?
This episode is all about how to take things out of your life that aren't serving you. I dive into the truth about why I quit drinking 13 months ago as a way to save my marriage, and coach you on how to eliminate, delegate or transform things in your life that don't feel aligned. If you're looking to transform something in your life that isn't working, then private coaching may be a good fit for you. It's my specialty! Book a Discovery Call to see if working together feels right for you. Do that HERE. I love you, and thank you for listening.

Episode 2 - Quit drinking? Maybe...
Give up alcohol? I never thought I would. But on the podcast today, my guest and I dive into this ONE thing...giving up alcohol has been the way to HAVE IT ALL. Never in a million years did I expect my first guest of the podcast to be an alcohol-free coach! But here we are. Such a great reminder to never say never! Dupe Witherick is a coach and fellow podcaster who helps people THRIVE without alcohol. I quit drinking one year ago (on my birthday, Sept. 3rd) and even though it wasn't always easy, I'm so very happy I did. And Dupe quit 4 years ago and now has a thriving coaching company because of her choice. So snuggle up with a cup of tea (or a glass of wine if you aren't there yet) and listen to our chat. It will give you a lot to think about, that I can promise you! The biggest takeaway I had was that you have to let something go (ahem, alcohol) to let new things in (duh, having it all). Enjoy, and go find Dupe right here: https://www.thrivealcoholfree.com/ I love you. Thank you for listening. Anna

Episode 1 - What IS having it all?
The first episode of the new show is here! In this first episode you'll be hearing about why I changed the name and focus of this podcast and what you can expect with every episode. I'm committed to everyone having it all, and this podcast is my way of helping that happen in the world. Thank you for listening. I love you.

Episode 23 - Be Brave
BE BRAVE! And know that you can change your mind. Today's episode is a FINALE in ways, and a little pause as I share that my new podcast is changing and what I'm really passionate about...having it all. This is the article I reference in today's show and let me be clear, YOU CAN HAVE IT ALL. And, you won't want the same things at every season of your life. So perhaps that is what Shonda Rhimes was talking about? I don't know, maybe I'll have her on the podcast one day and ask her... But know this, as you expand in one area of your life, you don't have to contract in other areas of your life. You can work to keep expanding. That's where I come in. I am here to help you manifest, but the harder part and the more precious part of life is...holding it. Allowing for your expansion. So, thank you for listening and I'm so happy to see you next week with my newly named podcast... "Have It All" with Anna K. Morris. I love you. Anna P.S. If you are ready to have it all, email me at [email protected]. I have a few private coaching spots available this summer.

Episode 22 - Happy Father's Day!
A special Father's Day podcast to remind us all of the strength and power that the men in our lives provide. This may have come from your actual father, or perhaps a father figure in your life. I watch my husband be a father to our little boys and think about my boys maybe being fathers one day, and it's really important. Our world is shifting really quickly from a black and white world to much more grey. And I want to make sure my boys know how to handle their emotions and have the tools to communicate them that I didn't see my father have. My husband is the most gentle rock I know and I'm so very grateful to celebrate him this Father's Day alongside my father and his father too. While I am certainly a feminist, I also very much need the love, support and strength that the men in my life provide. I love you, and thank you for listening. Anna

Episode 21 - Why you're not getting what you want.
Why are you not getting what you want? Make sure to listen up to today's podcast, if this sounds like you in any part of your life. You want something, and you just can't get it. Two things are going on. 1. You don't inherently think you are worth it. 2. You don't really believe it's possible. They are tied together, but I like to look at them separately. Take a listen and let me know what you think! I have a few 1:1 sessions available this summer if you want to take your life to a whole new level. Email me at [email protected] and let's talk! But in an effort to always be in the driver's seat of my life, I've transformed it. What if it's all working out for me? Episode 18 - Welcome Siri Baruc Thornton!
The first guest on the podcast and I'm thrilled to have Siri Baruc Thornton along with tons of laughter, insights and story telling. We met at a podcasting summit and had the funniest exchange when I was being super serious and she couldn't stop giggling. This conversation was our first ever in life. What a joy to know her and to have this conversation recorded. I know it will be the first of many since we got off the podcast and talked for another hour! That's the point y'all. Have fun, and you will find like-minded souls. Say yes, enjoy and get silly. As you can hear on the podcast today, I'm certainly a work in progress! And now...onto the episode! Here's a little bit more about Siri: Siri was born in an American Sikh yoga ashram but mainly grew up with Reiki masters in Vermont and was an actor performer her whole life on the East Coast and in LA and traveled the world for films. She's a domestic CEO, Mountain Breathwork teacher, Akashic teacher, Reiki Master of Masters, Human Design reader, Buddhist practitioner, music and dance and dog lover! Episode 15 - How do you self sabotage?
Let's get straight to it on this topic...self sabotage. (and listen to Episode 14 for a nice set up for this topic!) We say we want things, and then we get them. BUT can we stand it? Can we actually believe a person loves us and wants to spend their life with us? Can we enjoy the kids we always dreamt of and weren't sure we'd have? Can we LOVE our job that at one point, we were so excited to get? Can we NOT stress about the packing for the vacation and instead remember that it will all work out and this is part of the trip. Enjoy it! Because here's the thing about creating a life you love with the Universe, it will only bring you more if you can handle what you have. Listen to the show today and think about how and when you self sabotage. It could change everything! I love you. Anna

Episode 14 - What do you want?
Do you wanna manifest a firetruck? And then a garbage truck? Oh wait, that's my 2 year old's dream...you probably want something very different than him! And that's what this episode is all about. What do you want? Do you know? And will you go after it? The doors open to my signature coaching program TODAY! The Reconnect 8 week summer program is here to help you KNOW and CREATE the life of your dreams. We will work together with the most amazing community of women to dive deep and create a life you love...in all areas. I'm talking ALL areas. NOT JUST SOME. Because if you listened to yesterday's episode, you know that how you do anything is how you do everything. And I don't settle. And I won't have you settle either. Thank you for listening. I love you.

Episode 13 - How you do Anything...is How you do Everything.
Today's episode is a favorite principle of mine and it's this: How you do Anything is How you do Everything. Think about it. Do you always rush around? Is your car always a mess, and come to think of it...so is your fridge and your purse and your closet? For me, I noticed 16 years ago that I would only read books 2/3 of the way through. Which was EXACTLY how I was also living my life. Good enough. Fine. About 2/3 of what I was capable of. You see I was uncomfortable with really giving something my 100%, so I would settle...everywhere. Take a listen and think about this for yourself. If you don't know where to start, take a look at your car and your purse. Notice where it's the same in other parts of your life! And if you like what you're listening to, please subscribe and leave me a review. I'm new at this, and I really want to know how this is going for you! I love you. Anna
