Episode 16 -- Noah Arceneaux

After a summer hiatus, the "Where Ya At?" podcast returns for the Fall 2023 semester and the first episode features professor Noah Arceneaux to give an overview of the School of Journalism and Media Studies.Noah described the classes that he teaches, what new or future JMS students should expect at San Diego State University,  how wide of a spectrum "media studies" has become (including video games) and the pride he feels when former students enter the workforce. Arceneaux also shared how he spent the summer he spent researching the history of Cajun radio in Louisiana and the ongoing discussions within the faculty about if (or how) to incorporate Artificial Intelligence into coursework."Where Ya At?" is a podcast focused on the School of Journalism and Media Studies at San Diego State University.
