He has a 22 year background in business in the health and fitness industry as well as 15 years of law enforcement experience. His police career includes a beginning working in the court system, 8-years of tactical operations, recruit coaching and development, street crimes and human trafficking investigations. He was a leader in workplace health and safety and an executive member of their police association. He advocates for the end of internet child exploitation and human trafficking and believes that education is the first step towards achieving this. Dave and his wife co-founded their two companies Pursuit Institute Coaching and Consulting and Pursuit Pathways. Dave is actively involved in the day to day operations of both businesses and supporting their teams. He has two daughters, both of which remind and inspire him every single day to create a world where youth should be able to grow up in a world where they do not fear harm in the online world.
