Episode 16: Performance Review Basics

The end of the calendar year is almost here! What does that mean for you? No, not more episodes of "The Bachelorette" or "The Crown" (although those are lovely)... It's the start of Performance Review season (for many of you)! In this first of a series of episodes, Engaged Pursuit Tom Perry talks about the foundational elements of this very important time-of-year. He highlights some of the basics around this process (it's mostly art and limited science), the logistics around this time (know your important dates!), and conversations that will probably also come-up as you discuss your performance (did somebody say "Manager Feedback??").
